  • To book your private event, simply navigate to our 'Bookings' section and select your preferences from the drop-down menu provided.

  • Booking our front bar doesn't require a deposit or reservation fee. However, to secure The Venue for your event, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due prior to your event.

  • Bringing food to your event is permitted pending the specifics regarding the type and amount of food be discussed and approved with our management beforehand to ensure it aligns with our policies.

  • Arlene's Grocery is a strictly 21+ establishment. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and require a physical, government-issued ID for verification. Please note that digital IDs and NYC identification cards are not acceptable forms of identification.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods, including personal checks, Venmo, and credit cards.

  • Yes, our facility is handicap accessible. Along with a handicap restroom on the first floor, there is a ramp that leads to the entrance of Butcher Bar, ensuring easy access for all our guests. Additionally, there is street-level access to the venue.
